This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from getthis4me.com (the “Site”). We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
Online payments are automatically processed through payment gateway systems. We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION
If you change your mind about the purchase, please send us an email as soon as possible. We will only be able to cancel the orders for products that have not yet been dispatched from the UK to you. In the case of cancellation, the customer shall bear all costs associated with cancellation, including retailer's cancellation fee and return postage to the retailers. We don't charge cancellation fee. Once an order is cancelled, the refund is processed within 3 business days into the original method used for payment. If you have paid by cash, we will email you within 3 days with details of how to arrange the deposit refund collection.
