Online payments are automatically processed through payment gateway systems. We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION
If you change your mind about the purchase, please send us an email as soon as possible. We will only be able to cancel the orders for products that have not yet been dispatched from the UK to you. In the case of cancellation, the customer shall bear all costs associated with cancellation, including retailer's cancellation fee and return postage to the retailers. We don't charge cancellation fee. Once an order is cancelled, the refund is processed within 3 business days into the original method used for payment. If you have paid by cash, we will email you within 3 days with details of how to arrange the deposit refund collection.
